Every squishy and gloss is handmade after you order, so please allow a few days for us to craft your order before it ships. Custom Build-Your-Own pieces may take a little longer — worth the wait, we promise.

Shipping

We ship across the USA in recyclable packaging with tracking. Shipping is calculated at checkout; keep an eye out for free-shipping thresholds during drops.

Returns

Because items are handmade to order (and gloss is a personal-care product), we can't accept returns on used or custom items. But if something arrives damaged or isn't right, email us within 7 days at [email protected] and we'll make it right — replacement or refund.
